ORDER :
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed assailingthe docket order dated docket order dated 27.12.2023 [passed in]I.A.No.314 of 2023 in O.S.No.4075 of 2023 by the [learned ][XXI]Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.
2. Heard Mr. P. Sathwik Reddy, learned counsel lor thepetitioner.
3. Vide the said impugned order, the Court below [had ][vacated]the order of status-quo that was granted in I.A.No.314 [of ][2023.]The interim measure of staLus-quo was [granted ]on 21.O8.2O23.
4. Perusal o[ the impugned order would reveal that on the [said]date there were various interlocutory applications which [were]pending consideration before the Court below and it [was projected]before the Court below that the [pe ]titioner/ [plaintiff ][was ][somehow]trying to evade the arguments in [I.A.No.314 ][of ][2023 ][on ][some]pretext or the other. I[ was in the said circumstances that [the]interim measure of status-quo stood vacated. [Perusal ][of ][the]impugned order would also reveal that the Court below [has ][now]fixed the date of hearing on 04.OI.2024.

Considering the fact that thc interim measure of status-quohas been passed without any hearing as such orr I.A.No.314 of2023 and also taking note of the fact that the interim measure ofstatus-quo was in operation ali along since 21.O8.2023 given bythe same Court. In the larger interests ol justice, it would beappropriate if the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed ofdirecting the petitioner herein to ensure that on the next date ofhearing i.e. on 04.01.2024, the parties would arguc on I.A.No.3l4of 2023 and also on other interlocutory applications if requircdu,hich are pending conside ration before the Coult below inO.S.No.4O75 of 2023.
6. Meanwhile, purely as an intcrim mcasure, this Court is ofthe opinion that so far as the order of status-quo as [-vvas ]grantedby the Court belo.w on 2I.0a.2O23 shall continue til\ 04.O1.2024.
