ORDER :
1. This Writ Petition is disposed of at the admissionstage as per the consent of both the learned counsel.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of theRespondent No.2 – Regional Manager, APSRTC,Nalgonda Region in not fixing his pay in an appropriatemanner.
3. The petitioner suffered punishment of deferment ofannual increments on different occasions. The last onewas on 18-06-2007. The petitioner states that thepunishment period has expired and he is entitled for re-fixation of pay. He has submitted representation dated16-03-2013 to the 02[nd] Respondent with a request to re-fix the pay. His grievance is that though considerable timehas elapsed, no steps have been taken. He, therefore,submits that a direction be issued for expeditious disposalof the representation within a time frame.
4. Sri H.Venugopal, learned standing counsel for the Respondent-Corporation, has no objection to grant such alimited direction.
5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 02[nd]Respondent to consider therepresentation dated 16-03-2013 submitted by thepetitioner and pass orders in accordance with law asexpeditiously as possible preferably within a period ofeight weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of theorder. No costs.
6. In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 48394 of 2013 stands closed.
