::ORDER::

Counsel for petitioner : K.Venu Madhav

Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 : Government Pleader for Revenue 26[th] December, 2005

Per G.S.Singhvi, C.J.

This petition has been filed by a resident of Chelpur village, Huzurabad Mandal ofKarimnagar District apprehending that the land earmarked for primary health Centerwill be allotted to respondent No.5 and, in this manner, the public interest will bejeopardized.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue says that there is no proposal forallotment of the disputed land to respondent No.5 and the petitioner has approachedthe court without any tangible cause or grievance.

In view of the statement of the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition isdismissed as premature with liberty to the petitioner and other public spiritedpersons to represent their cause before District Collector, Karimnagar and otherpublic functionaries and persuade them not to transfer the land meant for primaryhealth center to any private individual.
