ORDER:
Heard both sides and with the consent of both counsel, the writ petition is disposedof at the stage of admission.
The facts in brief are that the petitioner is running a firm viz., M/s.Jai Mata SecurityServices and Training and he was allotted internal security contract of MahatmaGandhi Memorial Hospital, Warangal on 5.1.2004 for the period of one year from7.1.2004 to 6.1.2005 and he is performing the contract work with utmost satisfactionof the authorities and without any complaints.
While so, the respondents on 29.12.2004 issued tender notice in EenaduDaily calling tenders from the authorized contractors for maintenance of securityservices in Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Warangal. It is stated that in thesaid notification the last date for sale of tender application is mentioned as30.12.2004 and the last date for submission of applications is mentioned as31.12.2004 at 2.00 P.M. The grievance of the petitioner is that the time for obtainingthe tender application and submitting the same is very short.
The learned Government Pleader submits that the time for sale of tenderapplications is extended up to 1.1.2005 and the time for receipt of applications isextended up to 3.1.2005, through a paper notification dated 30.12.2004. The learnedGovernment Pleader filed paper publication to this effect.
In that view of the matter, as the relief sought by the petitioner is consideredand time is extended, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition, and thesame is liable to be dismissed.
