HON’BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALEANDTHE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT

WRIT APPEAL No. 603 of 2015

PC:(per the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale)

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Admittedly, the respondent-institution/college did not allow re-inspection in terms of the order, dated 23.09.2015. In viewthereof and considering that no students are admitted either underconvenor quota or management quota for the three courses namely,B.Tech (EEE), B.Tech (Civil Engineering) and B.Tech (Mechanical),the writ petition (W.P.No.20330 of 2015) filed by the respondent-institution/college itself renders infructuous.

Hence, writ appeal is disposed of as infructuous. As aconsequence thereof, the order impugned in the writ appeal rendersineffective insofar as the writ petitioners are concerned.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also standdisposed of.
