Taking into consideration the facts and carcumstances of the case and the submissions made byboth the learned counsel on record, the writ petition isdisposed of directing the respondents 2 to 7 to considerand pass appropriate orders as per rules in force and inaccordance to law on petitioner's application seekingelectricity connection supply within a period of one (01)week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order dulyconsidering the sanction accorded by the 4th respondentvide Sanction Memo No.SE/OPlHBG/COMML/DR NO.496/24-25, D.NO.227L/24-25, dated 2O.11.2024.
