ORDER:
The order of this Court in W.P.No.9194 of 2014 dated 09.04.2014required the third respondent to consider the petitioners’ case; pass areasoned order; and communicate the same to the petitioners at theearliest, in any event not later than two months from the date of theorder.
While the two month period expired on 09.06.2014, an order waspassed by the respondent in Rc.No.16499/08/15 dated 23.06.2014.While the delay in passing the order is no doubt of two weeks beyondthe time stipulated by this Court, I see no reason to proceed againstthe respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 as the delayis not so inordinate.
The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
