This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of therespondents in not investigating Crime No.1242 of 2O22 ofRajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad.2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learnedRajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad.2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learnedAssistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the materialavailable on record.available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on thecomplaint made by petitioner No..l , Crime No. 1242 of 2022 wasregistered with Rajendranagar Police Station on 01 .08.2022 underSections 304, 380, 395, 406 and 420 read with 34 of lndian PenalCode, 1860. The lnvestigation Officer issued notice under Section41A of Cr.P.C to accused Nos.'1 to 6. The petitioner was also issuednotice under Section 9'l read with 160 of Cr.P.C to produceevidences/witnesses.

4. According to the learned Assistant Government Pleader forHome, the accused persons so far have not sent their replies.Investigaion will be completed and after finalising the same,appropriate report will be filed before the concerned Court without any \

delay.

5. Recording the above submissions of the learned AssistantGovernment Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directingrespondent No.4-Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station,to complete the investigation in Crime No.1242 of 2022 within a periodof three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thepetitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation and producethe witnesses/documents as reguired by the police.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pendingin the writ petition stand closed. No order as to costs.
