advertiscd to sell flats in the nau're of SAHIT'HI SARVANI ELlTIr, rvith gatedcommunity of 32 floors and l0 towers in an extent ol Ac.25-00 inSy.Nos.343l8, 9, 11, 12, l3 situated at Ameenpur village, Sangareddy districtand that the project will be cornpleted by the end of2023. Petitioncr has paida total sum of Rs.48,80,250/-, so also, other petitioners have also paid hugesums towards advance sale consideration. In spite of receiving advance saleconsideration, the Respondent No.6-Company did not proceed rvith theconstruction. Having realized that the Company has chcated them, thepetitioner and other customers demanded the company to refund the salcconsideration amount. After several requests, the Respondent No.6 [has]entered into an unconditional undertaking and admitted that they did not gctthe project approval as promised and thereby willing to [pay ]back the amounton or belore 21.2.2022, but however, they did not repay the amount [duc ][to ][the]petitioners. The petitioners came to know that the accused has cheated morethan 1200 customers and flat buyers by collecting money to thc tune olRs.1500 crores on the pretext of allotting flats and residential units in [the]proposed project at very less price. In such a situation, the petitioner andothers lodged complaint before the Respondent Police including Jubilee FIillsPolice Station, but the same were retumed for want of.iurisdiction
