Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may bepleased to issue any order, direction or writ particularly one in the nature ofWrit of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction the special scale ofpay under the Automatic Advancement Scheme after completion of 8 years ofservice w.e.f. 24-6-98 with all the consequential benefits including the arrearsof pay after declaring the proceedings of the 1st Respondent in L.Dis.No. 63-C3/98, dt.23-3-99 holding that the petitioner is not eligible for special scale ofpay under the Automatic Advancement Scheme after completion of 8 years ofservice as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and pass such other order ororders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.
