ORDER
This Writ Petition, under [Article ][226 ][of ][the ][Constitution ][of]India, is filed by the [petitioner, wherein ][the ][following prayer ][is]made:
",.,to issue a writ, order or [direction more particularly one in the]nature of writ of mandamus [declaring ][the ][inaction ][of ][the]respondents 2 and 3 in not [disposing ][of the ][application ][of ][the]Petitioner bearing [No.LRS/ ][7736lCt-17/W2/GHMC/2012, ][dated]27.0g.20L2 for regularisation [of ][Plot ][No.B ][of ][Sy.No.66/3 ][of]Raidurg Panmaqta village, Serilingampalli [Mandal, ][Ranga ][Reddy]District, as illegal and [void and ][consequently ][direct ][them ][to]consider the application and [dispose ][of the ][same ][in ][favour of]the [petitloner ]and to [pass ][such ][other order ][or ][orders ][as ][this]Hon'ble Court may deems fit [just ][and ][proper ][in ][the]circu msta nces of the case."

Heard the learned counsel for [the petitioner, ][learned]Government Pleader for [Municipal Administration ][and ][Urban]Development appearing for [respondent ][No.1, ][learned ][Standing]Counsel appearing for respondent [Nos.2 ][and ][3, ][learned]Government Pleader for [Revenue ][appearing ][for ][respondent ][Nos.4]and 5 and [perused ]the [record.]

Learned counsel for the [petitioner would ][submit ][that ][the]petitioner has purchased the land in an extent of [300 ][square ][yards]in plot No.B in Sy.No.66/3 situated [at ][Raidurg ][Panmaqta ][Village,]Seritingampalli Mandal, [Ranga ][Reddy ][District ][and ][constructed ][a]small room. Electricity connection [is ][also ][provided ][to ][the ][said]room. The petitioner filed an application [bearing ][No.LRS/1736/Cir-]7L/W2/GllMC/2012, dated 27.09.2012 for [reqularisation ][of ][the]subject property. The said application has not been disposed [of ][yet]
by the responden t_ corpo ra tion andultimately prayed to ailow thewrit petition as prayed for.
4' on the other hand, Iearned standing counser for GHMCwould submit that the LRS application of the petitioner wasconsidered and an order was passed vide proceedingsNo. LRS/ 1 736lCr-II/West Zone/ iHMC/ 20 t2, dated 23. 02.20 13.
5. Since LRS application of the petitioner was considered and anorder was passed by the GHMC, no further orders are required tobe passed in this writ petition, 6, Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of, No costs.
