The Court made the following ORDER:

“ The registered letters addressed to the respondents returnedunserved with an endorsement of the postal department that on enquiry theyfound no such addressee in Valturu. Therefore, the learned Counsel for thepetitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the respondents withintwo weeks.

Interim Orders granted on 12.09.2005 are extended upto the end ofDecember, 2005. After giving the correct address of the respondents, office isdirected to issue notice to the respondents within two weeks.

Post after four weeks.”
