ORDER:

This writ petition is filed against the order of the Labour Court-III, Hyderabad, dated15.12.2004 in M.P.No.13 of 2001. The first respondent filed the application beforethe Labour Court under Section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act claimingvarious reliefs consequent upon his retirement. Through the order under challenge, the Labour Court awarded a sum of Rs.19,313/- towards encashment of 95 days ofEarned Leave.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner had urged several grounds, this Courtis not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Labour Court. Extensive discussion was undertaken in relation to each and every item and the Labour Courtfurnished cogent reasons in support of the relief granted by it to the petitionertherein. Relevant provisions of the service regulations were indicated and as againstthe claim of the first respondent for 130 days, the Labour Court granted the leave for95 days. The petitioners are not able to point out any factual or legal error in theorder.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. Petitioners are granted two months timefrom today for depositing the amount ordered by the Labour Court.
