ORDER:The petitioner claims that he has been appointed as a Junior Lecturer, on contractbasis, in the Government Junior College, Palkol, West Godavari District andcomplains that he has been disengaged even while the contract is subsisting.
This Court does not intend to undertake any examination of the matter on merits, forthe reason that the petitioner has to work out his remedies in the Andhra PradeshAdministrative Tribunal.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out hisremedies in the Andhra Pradesh Administration Tribunal. There shall be no order asto costs.
