The petitioner filed the [present ][writ ][petition ][seeking]Writ of Mandamus, [is ][as ][follows:]
"fo 6sue a writ, order or [direction ][more ][particularly]one in the nature [of ][writ ][of ][Mandamus ][to ][declare ][the ][action]of the respondents [is not ][conducting disciplinary proceedings]issued vide charge [memo ][No: ][-252/20 ][17/A-2 ][dated]17.08.2017 though the [Enquiry Officer ][submitted ][his ][report]on 24.O7.2019 ioldinq [that ][charges ][not ][proved ][as ][illegal]and [u ]nconstitu [tiona ][l, ][unsustainable ][and ][set ][aside'"]arbitrary
2. It is represented [by ][learned ][counsel ][for ][the ][petitioner]and learned Assistant [Government Pleader ][appearing ][on]behalf of the [respondents ][that the ][writ ][petition could ][be]disposed of directing [the ][respondents ][to ][conclude ][the]disciplinary [proceedings ][initiated ][against ][the ][petitioner ][vide]Memo 252120L7/A-2, [dated ][17.08.2017. As ][per ][the ][material]available on [record ][it ][is ][clear ][that the ][Enquiry ][Officer ][has]submitted his report on [24.O7.2019 ][itself ][holding ][that ][the]charges levelled against [the petitioner ][are ][not ][proved.]
3. A bear [perusal ]of [the ][contents ][of ][the ][Enquiry ][Report]dated 24.07.2019 [reveal ][that ][the ][charges levelled against ][the]petitioner are not Proved.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts andcircumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directingthe respondents to conclude the disciplinaryproceedings initiated vide Charge MemoNo.252/2OL7/A-2, dated 17.O8.2017, in accordance tolaw, and pass appropriate orders, within a period offour (O4) weeks from the date of receapt of a copy ofthis order, duly communicating the said decision to thepetitioner. However, there shall be no order as tocosts.
