ORDER:
Respondents are sought to be restrained from adjusting anamount of Rs.2,93,777/- against the licence fee. Interim direction wasrefused. That appears to be the reason the petitioners have lostinterest to prosecute the case. On the last occasion none appeared forthe petitioners. Today also none appears. Dismissed for want ofprosecution.
