Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the case was compromised in Lo-Adalat on 25.09.2014 and prayed to dismiss the petition.
Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
