This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of theCode of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.') by thepetitioner,'accused to direct the Court below to refurn thepetitioner passport bearing No.0229376 which is deposited inC.C.No.18 of 2072 by permitted the petitioner herein tovisit/ trave I USA for a period of six months.
