ORDER:

No representation for the petitioner today, yesterday alsothere was no representation. The plea of the petitioner is that by aconsent decree dated 13-10-2008 passed in O.P. No.829 of 2009,on the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderbad, the marriage of the petitioner and secondrespondent- de-facto complainant was dissolved.

It is however, seen that the Calendar Case in question is ofthe year 2007 and the offence is under Section 498-A of I.P.C.,which is compoundable. It appears that the petitioner has nointerest in prosecuting this petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
