ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated15.12.2010 in the Registry on the instructions of his client to withdrawthe writ petition. Based on the said letter, the learned counsel Sri NazirAhmed Khan, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writpetition.
Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed aswithdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
The interim order granted on 29.11.2010 stands annulled.
