ORDER:
The issue that arises for consideration in this Writ Petition issquarely covered by an Order dated 1-11-2007 passed in Writ PetitionNos.9131 and 9132 of 2006.
Following the same, this Writ Petition is also liable to be allowed.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Orders areset aside. However, this will not preclude the respondents frompassing appropriate reasoned orders after putting the petitioner onnotice, if necessary. No order as to costs.
