The subject matter of the writ petition pertains to revival of VeldurthyFishermen Cooperative Society. A perusal of the records shows that proceedingsin this regard were initiated and on 20.10.2010, respondent No.2 called upon boththe groups, which are locking horns with each other, to appear before the formeron 25.10.2010 along with the supporting documents. On 25.10.2010, the group ledby the petitioner attended the meeting and submitted a list of 26 members, whereas Sri Kakara China Raghava, heading the rival group, has not submitted hislist of members nor given any reply.
