ORAL JUDGMENT:
( per Hon’ble The Chief Justice )
…..
Counter-affidavit has not been filed, but learned Government Pleader forRevenue, appearing for the respondents, states that he has instructions inthat behalf. As per his instructions, the land admeasuring Ac.0.02 guntas ( 5cents ) in Sy.No. 138/2, situated within Manuguru Gram Panchayat limits,Manuguru Sivaru, Manuguru Mandal, Khammam District, is a patta land. But,according to him, the boundaries have not been correctly mentioned by thepetitioner. Possession of the petitioner over patta land is not disputed. Thatalone is sufficient for our purpose to dispose of the writ appeal that insofar aspetitioner’s possession and enjoyment over the land admeasuring Ac.0.02guntas ( 5 cents ) in Sy.No.138/2 is concerned, the same shall not bedisturbed or interfered with except in accordance with law. Accordingly writ appeal is disposed of. No costs.
