COMMON ORDER:
The subject matter of these writ petitions is covered bythe order, dated 21.12.2009 passed by this Court inW.P.Nos.27324 & 26858 of 2009.
Following the same, the Writ Petitions are disposed of,directing that the respondents shall consider the feasibility ofpermitting the petitioners to sell the tobacco, grown by them, inaccordance with the directions, that may be given by theCentral Government, for the present crop year. There shall beno order as to costs.
