ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus declaring theaction of the respondents in not paying provident fund, contributoryprovident fund and gratuity amount to the petitioner, despite issuanceof two notices dated 21.10.2006 and 18.03.2007 respectively, asarbitrary and illegal; and consequently to direct the respondents to paythe said amounts.

There is no necessity of going into all the details.

In view of a prohibitory order from the Civil Court, the petitionerwas not paid the provident fund, contributory provident fund andgratuity.
