ORAL ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as thelearned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for therespondents.
By the proceedings of the 1[st] respondent, dated 23.8.2006, asum of Rs.2,80,000/- was sanctioned for the petitioner’s Dairy FarmUnit in terms of G.O.Ms.No.76, SW (TW-GCC-1) Department, dated21.9.2005. Alleging that the said loan amount has not been released,the petitioner filed this writ petition.
The learned Government Pleader has placed before this Courta copy of the G.O.Ms.No.76 dated 21.9.2005, under which guidelineswere issued for implementation of certain schemes for ScheduledTribes through Village Organizations.
The fact that the petitioner was sanctioned the loan amountunder the said scheme is not in dispute.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with adirection to the respondents to take further steps in terms of the order ofthe 1[st] respondent, dated 23.8.2006, as expeditiously as possible,preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of acopy of this order. No costs.
