ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner/A5 in Cr.No.634/2013 on thefile of Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offencespunishable under sections 332, 506, 147, 148 r/w.Sec.149 of IPC andunder Sec.3 of PDPP Act.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/A5 andthe learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State.
It is alleged in the complaint that the Auto in which thepetitioner/A5 was traveling met with an accident caused by RTC bus,driven by the de facto complainant. The Bus driver noticing that thebus dashed the auto, stopped the bus and got down from the bus. Thepetitioner/A5, who is traveling in the Auto, beat the de factocomplainant, who is the bus driver. The petitioner/A5 rang up herrelatives and within 5 minutes her relatives came in a Toyato Qualisvehicle and abused the de facto complainant in filthy language andbeat him with hands and sticks and caused him bleeding injuries. It isfurther alleged that all the said persons damaged the window glassesof the bus.
Having regard to the aforesaid allegations, I am not inclined togrant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A5.
The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed.
