Whereas the Appeal under Section 374 (2) of Cr.P.C., against the Judgment passedin S.C. No. 247 of 2000 dated: 07-11-2000 on the file of the Metropolitan SessionsJudge, Hyderabad; And whereas the Court upon perusing the appeal and grounds filed herein, and theorder of the High Court dated: 29-11-2002 made in CRLMP No. 7713 of 2002 andupon hearing the arguments of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, observedthat none appeared for the appellant, while revoking the order of suspension ofsentence imprisonment granted by this Court to the appellant in CRLMP No. 7713 of2002, dated: 29-11-2002 directed the Registry to issue Non Bailable Warrants(N.BWs) to the appellant to serve the sentence; You viz; The Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, Hyderabad.

are hereby directed to arrest the appellant namely; Feroz Khan, S/o. Mohd. FakeerKhan, aged about 25 years, Occ: Auto Trolley Driver, R/o. H. No. 12-1-487/5, Ganj- e-Shabeedan, Beside Rahmath Café, Tappachabutra, Hyderabad. (A-1) whereverhe is found and produce him under safe custody and conduct before theMetropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad for serving the sentence; On such production the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad shall commit himto prison for serving the sentence.

You are further directed to execute the Warrant without fail and to return the same asearly as possible to this Court with a detailed report stating the manner in which ithas been executed.
