WRIT PETITIONNO. 26652 OF 2006

ORAL ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner questions the action of thefirst respondent in not disposing of the appeal preferred by thepetitioner dated 3.10.2005, which was filed against the order dated27.12.2000 passed in R.C.No. TI/62/2000-1. However, when thematter is called, it is submitted by the counsel appearing for thepetitioner that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, hereceived a memo dated 13.11.2006 passed in Rc.No. K1/11231/05from the office of the Director of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad, bywhich the petitioner was communicated about the disposal of theappeal.
