The pefitioners herein are accused Nos. r to 4in thesaid crime' The offences alleged against the petitioners hereinare under sections 323 and 504 read with 34 0f Indian penarCode and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST (pOA) Act.2. Heard learned counsel appearing on both sides andlearned Additional public prosecutor for the State. perused therecord.

3' During the pendency of the present criminal petition, theparties have compromised the matter and, accordingly,respondent No.2- de facto complainant filed tr.A.Nos.2 and 3 of2022 to permit them to compound the offences and tocompromise the case.4. In view of the said report of the secr etary,Terangana High court HighLegar Services committee, the Hyderabad and also in view ofcompromise entered between the petitioners andrespondent No.2, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2022 are allowed.Consequently, the Criminal petition is allowed and theproceedings in crime No.144 0f 2027, on the fire of stationHouse Officer, Shivampet police Station, Medak District,against the petitioners/Al to A4 are hereby quashed.Petitioners/Al to A4 have undertaken to pay an amount ofRs'10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the ,TeranganaHigh court Advocates Association, Hyderabad,, within a periodof ten days from today, and file proof of the s€une into theRegistry As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any,shall stand closed.
