ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A1 in Crime No.1061 of 2017 on the file of the Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad District.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
