ORDER:-
The petitioner apprehends arrest in Cr.No.43 of 2009 of TadipalliPolice Station, registered for the offences under Sections 420and 406read with 34 of I.P.C.
This is the second anticipatory bail application. The earlierapplication filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed on 27-10-2009 vide Criminal Petition No.8562 of 2009. I do not see any changeof circumstances that enure to the benefit of the petitioner to renew hisrequest for grant of anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, Criminal Petition is dismissed.
