ORAL ORDER:

The present writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in notimplementing the order of the 1[st] respondent in E.P.No.3 of 1993 in I.D.No.33 of 1982 dated 15.3.1995. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitionersubmitted that the interim orders granted by this Court in W.P.M.P.No. 23411 of 2000dated 14.8.2002 were complied with by the respondents and no further orders arerequired to be passed in the present writ petition.

Recording the above statement of the learned counsel for petitioner, the writ petitionis closed. No costs.
