This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondentNo.3 in not registering crime against respondent No.4 on the complaintmade by the petitioner.No.3 in not registering crime against respondent No.4 on the complaintmade by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learnedAssistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the materialavailable on record.

3. lt is reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader forHome that First lnformation Report No.1052 of 2022 was registered on20.12.2022 with Petbasheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad, for theoffences under Sections 448 and 506 of lndian Penal Code, a copy ofwhich is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. ln view of the above, the writ petition is closed as no orders arerequired to be passed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pendingin the writ petition stand closed. No order as to costs.
