ORAL ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the order dated 4.6.1999passed by the District Consumer Forum,Kurnool, in C.D.No.378 of1998.
Since an alternative remedy of appeal under Section 15 of theConsumer Protection Act, 1986, is provided against the said order, thewrit petition is disposed of granting leave and liberty to the petitioner towork out the said alternative remedy, if so advised. No costs.
