ORDER :
This writ petition has been filed by the Koneru Sand and Boat Workers Co-operativeSociety Ltd., Koneru, Guntur District, represented by its President assailing theaction of the official respondents in not finalizing the lease in respect of ReachNo.12 of Vaikunthapuram Gram Panchayat, Amaravathi Mandal, Guntur Districtpursuant to the tender Notice in Rc.No.675/2005-G2 dated 31-10-2005.
2. The learned Government Pleader for the Panchayat Raj appearing for the officialrespondents placed on record the proceedings of the District Collector & DistrictMagistrate, Guntur dated 06-12-2005 whereunder lease has been granted in favourof the writ petitioner.
3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition does not survive and the same is herebydismissed as infructuous. No costs.
