HBLEEIEFCEARBITRATIoNAPPLICATION No.195 of2023ORDER, Heard Mr. Shiv Rohan Singh, learoed counsel flor the applicant and Mr. Ravinder Rcddy Muppu, learned counsel forthe respondent.

2. This applicarion undcr Section 11(6) of the Arbitrationand Conciliation Act, 1996 @ncfly [.the ]A&C Act) has beenfiled seeking appointment o[ sole arbitrator to resolve thedispute between the parties.

3. The applicant was issued work order dated 0g.09.2020.Admittedly, dispute has ariscn between the parties. Clause 35of the Tender Document contains an arbitration clause, whichreads as under:

4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no obiection flor appointrnent of a solc arbitrator.

5. Thercfore, Mr. B.Gautam Prasad, retired Principal District and Scssions Judge, Suryapet (resident of PavanapuriColony, I(armanghat, 8-4-31/1, Saroornagar, Ranga ReddyDistrict, Ilyderabad),ISappointed as sole arbitrator toadjudicatc the disputc bctween the parties.

6. Parties shall appear along with a copy o[ this orderbeflore the Arbitrator ot 27.07.2024 at 11:00 a.m.

7. Accordingly, the Arbitration Application is disposed of.No costs.
