Writ Petition No.38907 of 2013

The second petitioner granted stage carriage permit PSPNo.3/RTA/2005 for bus bearing registration No. AP 26 W 7822 to operate ontown service route Markapur to Siddayapalem (via) Market yard etc ., which isvalid upto 11.9.2015. Second petitionerintends to transfer the said permit tothird parties and to that extent he submitted an application to the firstrespondent on 3.7.2013 in a prescribed form together with requisite fee. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that so far no orders are passed onthe said application and in view of necessities petitioners are put tohardships.

Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for petitioners,without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition isdisposed of directing the Regional Transport Authority/first respondent toconsider the application of the petitioners dated 3.7.2013 and pass orders aswarranted by law and communicate the decision to the petitioners within aperiod of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

The miscellaneous petition filed in this writ petition shall also standdisposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
