4. Counsel [for ][the petitioner ][contended ][that ][he does ][not ][press the]writ petition [against respondent ][No'5']writ petition [against respondent ][No'5']
5. In view [of ][the ][above submission ][of ][the ][counsel ][for ][petitioner']the writ [petition ][against respondent ][No'5 ][is disrnissed ][as ][not ][pressed']the writ [petition ][against respondent ][No'5 ][is disrnissed ][as ][not ][pressed']
6. Counsel for the petitioner contended that the [petitioner ][is]working as School Assistant at ZPHS Shameerpet, Jangoan Mandal &District. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is placed atSl.No.429 in the seniority list and she has opted for Jangoan Districtas the 1" option in the ensuing allotment in pursuance ofG.O.Ms.No.3 17 dated 06.12.2021, but the respondents have notconsidered her case for allotment to Jangoan District and she is beingallotted to Siddipet District, whereas one T. Uma Maheshwari, who isplaced at Sl.No.424 in the seniority list, is allotted to Jangoan District.Counsel for the petitioner also contended that as per G.O.Ms.No.3l7dated 06.12,2021, the allotment of the employees will be madeaccording to the options exercised by the employees and the saidallotments shall be made basing on the seniority list. Counsel furthercontended that the said T. Uma Maheshwari, who is junior to thepetitioner, was allotted to Jangoan District, whereas the petitioner'scase for allotment to Jangaon District is not considered and thepetitioner is bqing allotted to Siddipet District, therelbre, the petitionerhas submitted a representation/appeal to tha 1't respondent on23.12.2021, but so far the l't respondent has not passed any ordersthereon. Therefore, counsel contended that appropriate orders bepassed in this writ petition directing the 1s respondent to forward therepresentatiorVappeal preferred by the petitioner to the 4th respondentso as to enable the 4th respondent to consider the representation/appealpreferred by the petitioner in accordance with guideline No.27 ofG.O.Ms.No.3 1 7 dated 06.12.2021.

Government Pleader appearing [for ][the ][respondents ][contended]that since the petitioner submitted her representation/appeal [to the ][l't]respondent, the 1tt respondent [would ][forward ][the ][same ][to ][the ][4th]respondent and thereupon, the [4th ][respondent ][would ][examine ][the ][case]of the petitioner and [pass appropriate ][orders ][within ][a ][reasonable]period of time,

This Court, having considered [the ][rival ][submissions made ][by]leamed counsel for respective [parties, ][is ][of ][the ][cqnsidered ][view ][that]this writ petition can be [disposed ][of ][directing ][the ][l" ][respondent to]forward the representation/appeal [submitted ][by ][the ][petitioner ][on]23.12.2021 to the [4ft ][respondent ][withirt ][two ][days ][from ][today, ][and]upon such representation/appeal [being ][received ][by ][the ][4th ][respondent,]the 4rh respondent shall [consider ][the ][same ][and ][pass ][appropriate ][orders]on or before 10.01.2022.
