ORDER :
“ The allegation against the Petitioner is of misappropriation ofRs. 32,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lakhs only) along with otheraccused from the funds of ALERT EMERGENCY HOSPITAL where shewas working as a Receptionist and entrusted with the work of Accounts.
For such huge amount being misappropriated within a period of oneyears, the turnover of the Hospital has to be substantiated.
Learned Public Prosecutor shall report as to what is the turnover of theHospital during the particular Financial Years i.e, 2006-07 & 2007-08.
Post after one week. Till then, the Petitioner shall not be arrested. ”
