ORDER:

The criminal petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in CRLPMP.No.810 of 2017 in Cr.No.128 of 2017 (RPS, Warangal) dated 13.11.2017 passed by the Special Sessions Judge for NDPS Cases – cum – I Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal directing the petitioner to report before the Station House Officer, Railway Police Station, Warangal, twice in a week i.e. on every Sunday and Wednesday between 9.00 AM and 11.00 AM.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner hails from Orissa and he is finding it difficult to attend the Police Station twice in a week.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that since the petitioner hails from Orissa, the retention of the condition is all the more important.

4. However, considering the fact that the petitioner has been abiding with the condition, since its imposition, the condition is partly relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Railway Police Station, Warangal twice in a month i.e. on first Sunday and last Sunday of the month between 9.00 AM and 11.00 AM until further orders.

The criminal petition is allowed.
