ORDER:
1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 ofCr.P.C. by petitioner seeking bail in the event of her arrest inconnection with unregistered Crime on the file of Alwal PoliceStation, Cyberabad.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State andperused the record.
3. During the course of preliminary investigationconducted by Alwal Police, it is stated that this petitionerwho is a lady and working as relationship Manager in acompany is being continuously called to the police Station.No crime is registered as on date. However, she isapprehending arrest.
4. Since she is been questioned and being called to thePolice station, in the event of any crime being registeredagainst her for the offences punishable upto seven years, thePolice are directed to follow the procedure laid down under IIl\tI

Section 41-A Cr.p.C and also the guidctines formulated bythe Honble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar u. State ofBihart scrupulously. However, the petitioner shallco-operate with the policc by furnishing information anddocuments as sought by him in concluding the investigation.
