Wten the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R.R.Kalyan, learned cc,unsel for the petitioner fairly submits that duringpendency of the present contempt case, the petitioner hled freshW.P.No.42li2 of 2022 questioning the action of the respondentsthat they have not paid compensation strictly in view of theprinciple l.rid down by the Apex Court in Land AcquisitionOfftcer-curn-Reuenue Dldsional Officer, Cheaella Division,Domalagu'ila, Hgderabad. a. Mekala Pandut and the said writpetition is p,ending.
2. In r.iew of the said submission, no further adjudication isrequired in the present contempt case
3. Acc rrdingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, thepetitioner is granted liberty to agitate a-ll the grounds which areavailable in law in the pending writ petition. No costs.
