petition are absolutely absurd on the face of it, as inparagraph No.2, it is stated that the petitioner’sdaughter P.Dhanalaxmi, which is very unlikely as thistype of name is used by one different community. Inparagraph No.3 it is stated that the petitioner’smarriage took place on 14.10.2010. It appears thatthe petitioner is having a minor daughter of 17 years. There has been no statement that the petitioner andhis wife was living together before marriage, and if thedaughter was born after the marriage, it is impossiblein the year 2010, after having married, there could bea daughter of 17 years. The writ petition isaccordingly dismissed. However, liberty is given to filefresh with accurate statement and averments in thepetition. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, all the interim applications shall stand dismissed.
