ORDER:
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies hadtaken notice on 24.12.2007.
2. Heard both the counsel.
3. The writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring theproceedings vide RC B 1840/2007 dated:22.11.2007 issued by thefirst respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions ofA.P. State Public Distribution System Control Order and pass suchother suitable orders.
4. Several facts had been narrated in the affidavit filed in supportof the petition. It is not in controversy that the impugned order issuspension pending enquiry. It is also stated that an appeal had beenpreferred before the third respondent and the said appeal is stated tobe pending. In view of the facts and circumstances, let the thirdrespondent dispose of the appeal within a period of four weeks fromthe date of receipt of a copy of this order. Status-quo obtaining as ontoday shall be maintained till disposal of the appeal by the thirdrespondent.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly at the stage ofadmission. No costs.
