This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A7under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code seekinganticipatory bail in Crime No.100 of 2013 of Mydukur PoliceStation, Kadapa District, registered for the offence punishableunder Sections 147, 148, 379, 427, 324, 120-B, 149 of IPC andSection 7(1) of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 and 25(1-B) ofArms Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for thepetitioners – A1 to A7 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutorrepresenting the respondent-state.

3. It is alleged against the petitioners that on 04.03.2013 inthe afternoon, they attacked the shops of the muslims in the fourroad junction of Mydukur town, caused them severe injuries andalso had stolen away cash of Rs.74,000/-.

4. In view of the aforesaid allegations, I am not inclined togrant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
