ORDER
This writ [petition is filed ][seeking a direction ][to ][the ][respondents ][to]release [the ][compensation ][amount ][in ][respect ][of ][land ][admeasuring 85'23]square [yards belonging ][to the ][petitioner ][along ][with ][shops']
2. Heard [counsel ][for ][the ][petitioner and ][learned Government ][Pleader]for Land [Acquisition appearing ][for ][the ][respondents ][and ][with their ][consent]the writ [petitlon ][is ][taken ][up ][for ][hearing ][and ][disposal ][at ][the ][stage of]admission [itself.]

[It ][is not ][in ][dispute ][that the ][land ][of ][the ][petitioner ][to ][an ][extent of]85.23 [square ][yards ][has ][been acquired ][by ][the ][respondents ][for the ][purpose]of construction [of ][Flyover under ][SRPD ][situated ][at ][Madannapet Village']Saroornagar [Mandal, Hyderabad' under the Act ][30 ][of ][2013']
4. In fact, [the ][respondents ][have ][determined ][the ][compensation ][in]respect [of the ][said land ][as ][payable ][to ][the ][petitioner ][to ][be ][a ][sum ][of]Rs.49,22,6731-. [However' ][the ][grievance ][of the ][petitioner ][is ][that ][despite]the respondents [taking ][possession ][of the land' ][no compensation ][is ][being]paid to him.
5. Learned [Government Pleader ][has placed before ][this ][Couft ][the]written [instructions ][under ][the ][seal ][of the ][Special ][Deputy Collector ][(FAC)']No.A/107/2019. [The ][said ][written]LA, GHMC, [Hyderabad, ][in ][File]instructions [are taken ][on ][record']
6, By the said [written ][instructions' ][it ][is ][stated ][that ][upon ][the]respondents [determining ][the ][compensation ][payable ][in ][respect ][of ][the ][land]acquired, [in ][a sum ][of ][Rs'8,25,194/- ][and ][Rs ][40'97'479/-' in ][all totaling ][to]Rs.4g,22,6731-, [one ][B ][Krishna ][and ][B ][Venkatesh ][have ][flled ][a ][petition]

stating that the [land ][in ][survey ][Nos.s, 31, 32, 34 and 35 ][of ][Madannapet]to [their ][father ][- ][late ][B.Yadagiri ][and ][in ][support ][pf ][their]Village belong claim, they [filed ][sale deed ][of ][the year ][1952 ][and ][few other ][documents' ][It]is also stated therein [that ][as ][there ][appears ][to ][be ][title ][dispute ][in ][respect ][of]the land in [question, ][the ][authority ][is ][taking steps ][to ][refer ][the ][dispute]under Section [77 ]ol [lhe ][Act ][30 ][of ][2013 ][for ][adjudication before ][the]appropriate authority [by ][depositing ][compensation ][amount']
7. Having regard to the [above said submission, since ][the ][award ][has]been [passed ][on 07.09.2020, ][the ][respondent authorities shall take ][steps ][to]refer the dispute [with ][regard ][to ][the ][claim being ][made ][by ][B'Krishna ][and]B.Venkatesh to the [subject land, as against ][the ][land ][of the ][petitioner' ][to]the appropriate [authority within ][a period of ][two (02) ][week ][from the ][date]of receipt of [a ][copy ][of this ][order ][by ][depositing ][the ][compensation amount]as determined [by ][them in ][respect ][of ][the ][subject land']
8. The Writ Petition [is ][accordingly disposed ][of ][Miscellaneous]petitions, if any, [pending ][in this ][writ ][petition shall stand ][closed ][No ][order]as to costs.
