ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of therespondents in seizing Tractor bearing No.AP31 U 4284 and Trailerbearing No.AP31 U 3291 belonging to the petitioner.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learnedcounsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Courtdisposed of W.P.No.29236 of 2010 on 23.11.2010, directing therespondents - authorities to release the seized vehicle subject to thepetitioner therein producing the receipt showing payment of penaltyamount along with the ownership documents. A copy of the said orderis placed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays fordisposal of this writ petition also with the same directions, for which,the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for therespondents reported no objection.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with thedirection to the respondents to release Tractor bearing No.AP31 U4284 and Trailer bearing No.AP31 U 3291 to the petitioner subject toher producing the official receipt showing payment of penalty amountalong with the ownership documents. No order as to costs.
