the petitioners have not submitted the same. Therefore, theimpugned order, dated 2g.t0.2027, was passed.
5, As seen from the material placed on record, pursuant tothe order, dated 16.08.2021, passed by this court inW.P.No.1S242 of 2027, the petitioners have not filed objectionswith relevant documents proving their ownership before therespondent No.2, as submitted by the learned Standing Counselfor HMDA. Further, the petitioners could not demonstrate beforethis Court that they have filed relevant documents before therespondent No.2 in terms of the order, dated 16.0g.2021,passed by this Court in W.p.No.15242 of 202t. prima facie, it ismade out that the petitioners have not compried with the order,dated 16.0g.2021, passed by this Court in W.p.No.15242 of2021. Therefore, issuance of the impugned proceedings, dated28.70.2O2t, by the respondent No.2 cannot be faulted. The WritPetition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.6. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed.
