Learned counsel for the appellants has filed a letter dated 28.12.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his clients to withdraw the Appeal. This request is also reiterated in the Court.
